Who We Are

Trygg Montis (aka Dhruv Dhar Jayal) is an independent technology and operational systems consultancy based in Dehradun, India. We partner with organisations to solve everyday technology problems—ranging from professional websites and script automations to custom business applications and operational software.

How We Work

We focus on direct communication and practical implementation. You work directly with the person designing and building your systems, avoiding complex layers of project management. We audit existing workflows, identify structural hurdles, and build solutions in manageable, iterative steps to ensure your team is never overwhelmed.

What We Charge

We operate with a straightforward pricing model based on the complexity and scale of the work:

• Fixed-scope projects: Best for defined requirements such as website developments, custom integrations, or spreadsheet automations.
• Retainer or hourly consulting: Best for open-ended technology advice, system reviews, ongoing maintenance, and IT planning.

What We Don't Do

• We don't recommend technology simply because it is expensive or trendy. We prefer tools that fit your budget and team capacity.
• We don't add complexity when a simpler solution will work. If a basic form and spreadsheet solve your problem, we will build that instead of a complex database.
• We don't expect clients to become technology experts. We explain systems in plain English and handle the technical overhead ourselves.
• We don't build systems without considering how people will actually use them. We include hands-on training and adoption support to guarantee real-world success.
