Multi-center Education Programmes
Centralized tracking for student cohorts, attendance, and progress metrics across remote learning centers.
The Challenge
Organisations running educational programmes across multiple geographies face severe coordination issues. Information regarding daily attendance, curriculum progress, student assessments, and facility resources is often scattered across paper logs, local spreadsheets, or messaging app chats. Compiling donor reports requires tedious manual work.
What was happening before?
Before implementing the central system, facilitators at each center wrote attendance on paper rosters and messaged photo updates to regional supervisors. Managers spent weeks transcribing these logs into Excel sheets for donor compliance reporting. Due to translation and copying delays, program coordinators were unable to identify class drop-out trends or resource shortages in time to take action.
What we did
Trygg Montis designed and launched a mobile-friendly database system with offline capabilities. Facilitators can log registration, daily attendance, and curriculum milestones on-site, even without internet access. The data automatically synchronizes as soon as cellular connectivity is restored.
How it works
Quick attendance marking from mobile devices with offline caching for remote rural schools.
Role-based access allowing local center leads to manage their local student roster and schedules.
One-click generation of program-wide metrics and cohort tracking summaries for external reviews.
Secure database schemas protecting student and facilitator privacy in compliance with regional regulations.
Outcome
Reporting delays were reduced to zero. Regional managers can audit program performance in real-time. Crucially, the system now automatically flags students missing consecutive classes, allowing supervisors to organize proactive follow-ups before dropouts occur.
